I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, with 2 full beds and a bathroom for a disabled person, were clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, the air conditioning vent from the room below was blowing filth into my room, and the grout in the shower was dirty.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so great experiences. The rooms were spacious and well-located, but unfortunately not as clean as expected. Despite being designated as 'no smoking,' the room had a lingering odor of smoke, which was disappointing. The accommodation provided was not what I had reserved and appeared dingy, a letdown during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was nice overall, but there were some aspects that could have been better. The location was very convenient for my visit to the University of South Florida and the nearby theme park I wanted to go to. The service was exceptional, especially during these uncertain times. However, the room felt a bit outdated and the bed was uncomfortable. The dining options were limited but the morning staff made up for it with their friendliness.
